"I had a really good stay here. Service was friendly and the rooms were very clean. Daily housekeeping was a nice touch and you’re only 10-15 minutes away from all the restaurants/ businesses in North Conway. 1 hour drive to Portland & 30-45 minutes from the Whites Very affordable deal and a place I’ll stay at down the road"

"We love it it was very nice foundation and the service was great the location was great everything you may need for your family or just a barbecue outside trash can for clean attendance was very nice and courtesy and there was open all the time for us need something to pick up and easy to go down to go pick up stuff and for them to give you a paper for locations of many places to go to the beds were comfortable clean and nice the heating was fantastic maybe have air pet friendly and they do have a pool they already have their Christmas stuff out it was beautiful the grounds are very clean and we got none smoking area it was fantastic we will go back again and it was not even loud in there you could not hear nobody's dog you have access to area we can walk your dogs around"

"True Motel for a quick stay. Clean pool (refreshing water temp:) ), clean room (no.11) and bathroom, ok beds. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Small playground for kids. Cons: AC filter is very dirty. Good for us the temp was nice and 2 windows on opposite walls of the room provide a good ventilation."

"Charged me for dogs twice. Had to go back into office and debate the fees. Web site says fioat down Saco located right next to us..EXCEPT there is no river access. They have fire pits but don't say you need to bring your own wood. They don't even sell it at the office. There is no quick run to a store for wood. Location outside tourist area is good if you want or if the hustle. Rooms cheap and basic, do a expected: beds, mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave and TV."

"We stayed here on vacation as a family of 7 and the suite 3 bedroom was great! It was very clean, the AC worked great (was worried since so many reviews complained) No flies, and the pool was refreshing. The little kitchenette was a little small for our family but we made due. Couldn't grill outside because of the rain but 3 pans later, we had burgers and hot dogs. Would definitely book again. And it was super quiet. Highly recommend the suite, not sure about the rooms though."
