"I loved the pool and the hot tub. But the room we got had food trash every where. But if you ask to change rooms they will the other one was fine. The coffee was water down just tasted like water coffee. The only drink they had for breakfast was milk the yogurt was expired. But the beds where good I had a good stay would not and would recommend there was also stains on the ceiling.... ps bring your own food"
"We needed a last minute place to stay in NH and the Holiday Inn Express in North Conway was the perfect fit. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful, especially when we had to extend our stay, and the room was clean and comfortable. This may not be a luxury accommodation, but it was perfect for what we needed and was just the right home away from home during our stay in NH."
"Horrible We are loyal IHG guests and this was by far the worst hotel stay we have at one of the hotels. The room I booked said it was a two queen suite with additional living room space. The room we were put in was not a suite at all and did not have the additional living space. I was told the whole hotel was handicap accessible and it was not. The pool only has stair access my son had to leave his wheelchair in the hallway and I had to carry him down the stairs and into the pool. If we had to do that then an older handicapped person would never be able to access that pool. They have an elevator and option of accessible rooms so how is it that the pool isn’t. Also when we finally got to the pool there were no towels and when my aunt asked the front desk for some they told her there were none clean and gave her very small bath mats. The room also had not been clean properly because there were little bits of plastic with large staples sticking out on the floor not safe since we had children with us. Then to top it all off when I got home I found out we were double charged. The card I payed for the room with online then the card they needed on file at the hotel. So not impressed. I will continue to use Ihg hotels but not that one."
"Stay at the model 6… at least they’ll leave the light on for you. Have been to many IHG hotels and they’re normally very good. This is the worst one I’ve seen. Feels like a cheap motel and looks closed with the ongoing construction. Sleeping is almost impossible as it was so loud. Not sure if it was the construction or something else. Was supposed to have two queen beds and got two twins. Room smells like smoke. There’s mold. Broken tiles. Bulbs out. The place is just in disrepair. Person behind the desk was rude. No sense of customer service. Will be staying across the street at the residence inn next time."
"Disappointment and frustration the second we stepped in the door. We booked 2 queen beds with living area as a family of 4. Immediately when we checked in the front desk woman, who has 0 sense of customer service and friendliness, told us they gave away our room and they only had a king and pull out bed. We accepted because we needed a place to stay, in hindsight we should’ve left. A pull out bed is not a suitable exchange when sleeping on the floor would be more comfortable. The one pillow that was provided was thinner than the blanket (that wasn’t initially provided for the pull out). When I walked down to the front desk (because the phone didn’t work) to ask for a blanket and another pillow she said they didn’t have pillows. What hotel doesn’t have pillows? Thank god we only had to spend a single night because it was horrible. I spend literally half my time in hotels across the country and have never been treated so poorly/rudely than I did here. Spend the extra money (if necessary) and stay somewhere else."
