"The hotel and the room itself was very nice but the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. When I approached the desk she just stared at me. I finally said I'm here to check in and she still just continued to stare at me. Did not say one word. I finally asked what she needed and she said "your name" very rudely, never smiled. Wasn't friendly at all. I will not be staying here again and it is very unfortunate because the hotel and room were very nice but the lady was so rude. I've never been treated that badly at a hotel before. I did not catch her name but she had blonde hair and worked the front desk on Monday night, October 2nd 2023"

"Rooms are dated, ours smelled bad. Seemed clean and coffee was good. There is a pool and other amenities available. Reasonable prices and excellent location."

"This is a hotel perfectly located just down from Main Street Village. Walking distance into town but quietly tucked away. I love that it also borders Whittaker Woods for hiking, cross country skiing and using snow shoes. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful on recommendations for restaurants, places to see etc. Rooms are always clean and spacious. I discovered some beautiful waterfalls this time and hiked in the White Mountains. A beautiful place to explore for those who love the great outdoors."

"My friends and I took a trip up North with our kids for a weekend away and it did not disappoint. We rented suite 122 which had 2 queen beds and a separate living area with a pull out couch which was perfect. The room was an end unit, updated, and clean! The staff were very nice and helpful. They provided us with any extra amenities needed. They have an indoor pool, which is open until 11, and was perfect after a day of fun for the kids Everything was within a 10 minute drive or half mile walk. Restaurants, coffee shops, candy stores, toy stores, playgrounds and splash pads. We spent an afternoon at Diana’s bath which was a 7 minute drive. If I had to give a negative I think North Conway overall could step up their food game. The food was good but average. As far as the Inn they did have some missing tiles in the pool area that could easily be fixed with a trip to Home Depot. We are looking forward to staying here again and I would definitely recommend!"

"A bare minimum place to stay. Thankfully we brought our own coffee maker. We have traveled extensively and have never stayed in a place that didn’t provide one. $2.00 for a a half pint of milk? Ridiculous. Heating/cooling system instructions were useless. We booked our room in Feb. now in July they put us in a very highly trafficked room with slamming entry door outside our room and noisy upstairs neighbors. Stay away."
