"My big boy saw Dr. Steve yesterday for his final visit and crossed the rainbow bridge. As challenging and difficult of a decision it was to make, Dr. Steve was compassionate and kind. He confirmed my suspicion that something was wrong with my boy and with his age, the ending was all the same. He was a good boy, such a good boy and didn’t deserve to suffer. He was uncomfortable and stopped eating that day. I got in the same day I called and from the moment I called to the second I walked out of the office, everyone was so kind. No judgment, no guilt trip, just compassion. I needed that and I needed kindness. They gave me and my big boy both. Thank you. Thank you for being there when we needed you."

"The doctors have always been great here, so it's unfortunate that I have to leave such a poor review. We've had consistent issues from the support and management staff. At first, you kind of go "oh it's really busy", or "oh, it's the pandemic, they are figuring it out." But when a pattern of mismanaged care (documenting the wrong services on the wrong pet- multiple times), and especially as of lately continued increased fees without even a courtesy of explaining why is why we must unfortunately move on from this practice. People may say "why post this online and not talk to the office?" - we have, and unfortunately it has fallen on deaf ears. Sad and unfortunate."

"Front desk, techs, and Dr. Kristi were all GREAT. I had back-to-back new patient exams for both of my dogs and asked lots of questions (both follow-up with a new vet about ongoing issues and new questions, e.g., about tick-born diseases here in NH). Dr. Kristi was SO PATIENT with all my questions and gave thoughtful answers. With my dogs, she was relaxed and friendly (and generous with the treats :-) in a way that kept even my vet-anxious dog happy and calm the entire visit. I'm very pleased to have found such a good vet for my pups. Okosh and Chiquita are pleased too! "

"I had a great time at this vet! I brought my kitten Nestrada (Nessie) in to get established at a vet. They called me when they had a cancellation and I moved my appointment 2 weeks earlier! The vet tech was so friendly and caring about Nessie I wish I remembered her name so I could mention her! Dr. Steve was also very friendly and caring and also very informative about precautions we could take before Nessie's mild gingivitis might become a problem. He sent me videos and links about what I could do to help her. Everyone was very friendly. The only con I would say about this office is that it does definitely smell of dog (I know, its a vet office), but it did make my kitten very on edge when entering the building; she's a sassy girl. Overall I appreciated the experience I got from this clinic. Picture attached is a picture of my Ness!"

"The entire team goes above and beyond to take care of your fur babies! I have a young puppy and a senior dog and they have showed nothing but compassion for both. My senior dog is very dog reactive and the team knows exactly what to do to make it a calm appointment for him. My puppy on the other hand is a little shy with people and they take the time to be patient with her. Not only do they really love your pets, but they are incredibly knowledgeable as well. My senior dog has had a herniated disk in his neck and mobility issues that have since been resolved thanks to Dr. Zimmerman and Dr.Holly. 3 months ago he couldn’t even walk a quarter of a mile, now he chases his puppy sister in the yard! I can’t thank them enough for helping my oldest pup extend his life & mobility, it means the world to me to see him doing zoomies again. To top it off, they are affordable! If you are looking for a new vet, this is the place to be!"
