I dock a star for some initial issues at the apartment that I moved into (a non functional fridge, and cigarette residue in the heaters and dryer) the fridge was replaced immediately, and I have cleaned the heaters, but they are 2 issues that should have been caught between tenants. Also please add the option somewhere to push alert texts to co-signers on a lease"

"I absolutely love my new Apartment Home at Red Oak! I worked with Brittany Moran who is amazing! Brittany was extremely easy to work with and very accommodating. Brittany showed me several apartments in 2 buildings, over a 2 day period. I decided on one apartment but upon moving in, I quickly knew it was not the right fit. There wasn't anything wrong with the apartment, the building or the residents. The apartment just didn't fit what I was looking for. I called the Red Oak office and asked if I could move to another apartment in a different Red Oak building. Within 20 minutes of leaving a message, I received an email from Charlene who mentioned the 7 day guarantee at Red Oak. I will leave it to the experts at Red Oak to explain the 7 day guarantee. With the 7 day guarantee, I was able to move to another Red Oak apartment. Brittany went to work again and showed me a few apartments and gave me another full tour of the building.
