"Super terrible building!!! Never Never Never choose!!! Especially the leasing office, they were very enthusiastic in answering all your questions before you signed the contract, but when you moved in, they disappeared completely! I sent a guy named Alex a dozen emails and he never responded! At the same time, the staff in the apartment mail room are very bad and even racist, but even if you complain, no one will reply and deal with it. Don't live in this building!!!!"

"I’ve been living in this building for over 3 years now and everyone who works here has always been so kind and helpful to me since day one. One staff member who really stands out to me over my years of living here is Thomas also known as Tom. He truly is the most amazing worker/handyman. Actually, the absolute best staff member I’ve ever came across living here. Anytime I see him, he always kindly greets me and whenever I have an issue in my unit he is always so quick to properly resolve any matter I have and in such a caring way. Thank you 606, for having someone like Tom working on your team. He really makes all the difference around here."

"Resident for two years. Fabulous building and location to river and Columbus Circle are excellent. Hudson Market across the street; facilities team is A+. Front Desk crew are the best. I always felt safe living there. Highly recommend. Also, please note - some of the negative reviews on here are people who: a) did not live in our building b) people who did not utilize the simple apps to report repair needs, etc. and instead complained over email I was an actual resident and this review is my own."
