"This is managed by Harbor Group Management. They do not care. Included is all the videos that they refused to do anything about. I would run from this company. NOISY, I can’t emphasize this enough. You WILL be disturbed. Trashy, Inconsiderate neighbors, Car constantly being dented, FLIES from trash not being picked up, that you pay a fee for. Music traveling through your home 6+ hours EVERYDAY. The company would rather cater to everyone besides the tenant that simply request to not have bass/music travel through their home. Tenants leave trash, cigarette butts everywhere. House smells like cigarette smoke, everyday. The stage unit they show you does NOT match. Constant Microwave sounding beep that never turns off for some reason. All day, everyday."

"Do not live here. My boyfriend lived at these apartments for multiple years and was treated so poorly when he moved out. The property manager, Tria is very rude and does not want to help. He had multiple maintenance requests that did not get fulfilled, including one where his apartment did not have hot water for weeks. When this was brought up to Tria, she said “well as far as I know, the issue is fixed”, didn’t check the property herself, and did nothing when his apartment still did not have hot water. Pretty sure that’s illegal, but moving on. The dishwasher was requested to be fixed multiple times, and for months, including up until be moved out, was still broken. When he moved out, they kept his security deposit and did not give him any reason as for why. Pretty sure that’s also illegal, or at the very least, they are required to have given him an itemized receipt of what they spent his deposit on. I’ve never met an apartment complex that treats people so poorly. This apartment complex does not care about its tenants and will try to make your experience here the worst one you could have. He ended up moving out early and paying rent on two apartments just to get away from them. Also, look at how they respond to negative google reviews. It says a lot that they move the blame onto the people unhappy with their apartments and don’t actually see anything wrong with their actions."

"I applied and was approved for a third floor renovated apartment. When I got my keys it ended up being a first floor unrenovated. Unfortunate but they lowered my rent and I was going to make do. I have had over ten maintenance requests closed without being fixed. Finally after throwing a fit they sent a window guy out to look at my windows that do not lock or shut they agreed to move me to a new apartment. I was given three apartment keys today for apartments that are “ready now” to my surprise the first apartment I went to had somebody living in it and the other two, well…. Check out my photos for these “renovated ready now apartments” RUN!!! The worst company I’ve ever had to deal with they need to be investigated. I could go on and on and on. Just run!!!!"

"This has been the worst experience I have ever had in any kind of housing situation and I worked in corporate real estate for years. The company that runs this place needs to be shut down due to many laws they are breaking. My maintenance tickets are not responded to and neither are my emails. When I call or go in to talk to staff, they are rude, unhelpful, and do not do anything to help the issues that are going on. It takes months for anything to get done, even when it is a health and safety hazard. I was told today when I called about my AC which had been out for over a week now with the weather being 80-90 degrees outside that I was not a priory as there are units that have been waiting 3-4 years to get replaced, how is that even acceptable that they push back needed and required preventable maintenance for years. If this property actually followed the protocols of building maintenance and did not wait until these things were an emergency, then they would not have over 14 units out at the same time. On top of this every time I have called and asked for a timeline of when my AC will be fixed it’s different and now I am told it will be another week. It has been 85+ degrees in my apartment for a week now and I am being told it will be even longer. After the third time they changed the time frame of fixing the issue they can now not give an eta. I have pages of documentation of the ongoing issues I have had and continue to have at this place. I have and will continue to report them to the BBB and Colorado Department of Local Affairs as this company has no business running an apartment complex. They need to do their job and stop making irrelevant excuses just so they don't have to work."

"Until Arvada Village is not managed by Harbor Group Management, save yourself frustration and time. It took them 28 days to unclog 2 drains because their maintenance supervisor was on a month-long vacation. I’m currently unable to finish a laundry cycle on the other side of my building 1) because my side’s washers have been broken for two months and I’ve weekly let them know, and 2) the room to refill my laundry card is locked - you need a passcode to enter the building, and the business center has always been unlocked. The inconsistency and lack of communication from Arvada Village under Harbor Group Management is a reason to look anywhere else. 2 stars for the overall kindness of staff but when I can’t get responses to the *modest* amount of emails I’ve sent, it might as well be 1 star for the feeling that nothing gets done and you are not heard when there are valid problems addressed. Edit: I reserved a time for maintenance to check that the walls we painted would be ok for our move-out. Even though he was on board, we never got our deposit back and we owed extra money for $100 touch-up paint. We also got 3 different account statements after having to inquire twice when the security deposit was not sent. We were told 4-6 weeks that we’d receive a statement; when I inquired again, I was told it took 60 days to receive a final statement. The past 6 months of experience under Jazmine Ellis’s management was not professional, they communicate poorly (and respond quicker through poor Google reviews than office emails), and you ought to move on to another apartment complex until she is part of the apparent endless turnover in that office."
