"Not a good idea to rent here. Maintenance is slow even when urgent. Laundry room is available only from 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday thru Friday except for holidays or when management is not around. They say their a non-smoking property but half the residents smoke in their apartments. If you have a bike, don't dare lock it to one of the racks if you want to keep it. There are strangers moving in and out unvetted, lots of abandoned vehicles and some who like to park their vehicles on the sidewalks."
"God forbid you need any repairs, because I won't be in the budget. But step inside the main office and you'll see where your money is going. Tweaker neighbors, and the complex next door doesn't help. Beware of the dark lady coming to the A building and looking for stuff to take! Stay away from this complex!!"
"Been waiting over a year for the roofing company to finish. I've had a leak in my living room for over ten months. This place use to be awesome now they let anybody in and Complaints go unanswered."
"If you see any +3 ratings or above. its a lie. Just look it up yourself and see real complaints about the issues... Look somewhere else. I was about to apply to this place and I tried to ignore what others are saying because you know sometimes people stretch what they say... but no... its true.. its disgusting... I left like in 10min."
"Lived here two years and continue to get harassed by hateful neighbors. My car has been keyed over half dozen times. Had to put cameras everywhere. Want to move since I moved here. But unfortunately this is a complex for lower income families."
