"Would give 0 stars if I could ! Our Application got denied here back in October 2023 and have yet to receive my holding deposit !! They’ve been giving me the run around about MY MONEY and never have an answer for why I have yet to receive it. Also, they have so much dog poop on their grounds that I’d be worried about pets possibly catching parvo or other diseases. Don’t even bother. This place sucks."

"Ever wanted to live in a friendly environment with a maintenance staff who responds promptly and office staff who supports their resident!?! This is the place! In my 37 years of renting this is the best apartment building I have ever rented from. I plan to stay for a long time!"

"I have been a resident here for several years, and I must express my disappointment with the maintenance and security issues. The apartments and location are great, but the stairways have been unsanitary for over a year, covered in dog urine and bird droppings. Despite being brought to the management's attention more than a month ago, no action has been taken. Additionally, the trash area has been neglected for a while and accumulated a large pile of trash and furniture which attracts animals and homeless individuals at night, which lead to a break-in at my garage. Many personal items were stolen. Despite that the management refuses to invest in security cameras, ignoring recurring acts of crime over the years. It's disheartening to see such neglect and lack of care from the management, which translates into the well-being of the residents."

"I am a friend of current residents who visits from time to time. While the amenities seem sufficient as an outsider looking in and I have heard the staff is always quick to help, I would like to use this platform to warn any visitors and potential apartment-hunters of the complex’s new egregious parking policy that takes advantage of innocent visitors like myself. I had never had any issues with parking until yesterday. In the past, I found it bizarre that there have never been clearly defined signs indicating when and where a visitor can park; nor does it seem like there is a designated visitor parking section like most normal complexes typically have. Unfortunately, I learned the hard way that there is a new policy about visitors needing to register and pay per visit that I was not made aware and nor were there any signs vividly and clearly stating the policy to the visitor. As a result, my car was towed without warning for the measly handful of hours in the evening that my car was parked during my visit. There were plenty of parking spots available which makes it even sadder that I was slapped with a $400 tow fee for a simple visit to hang out with friends. It’s sad as this seems like an obvious money grab between the complex and the tow company working in cahoots. While I understand that open parking is a common problem in a lot of places and residents would appreciate being able to come home after a long day without having to worry about finding a parking spot on a regular basis, I am troubled that the complex would decide that the best solution would be jumping as far as towing visitors immediately while simultaneously not improving their obviously lackluster signage. I hope one day they find a happier medium that does not take advantage of the ignorant like myself in this instance. Hopefully, apartment hunters are now aware that it is burdensome to easily bring friends and family together in your apartment while residing here. For this very reason, my friends who are current residents have said that this policy makes them no longer want to live here and may start looking for a new place to live. I hope this anecdote may ignite some change so that no one else has to relive my experience! As we know, history has taught us that nothing changes if you don’t speak up, Huzzah!"

"I'm really glad I got to live at Panorama for a year. It was at a tough time in my life, and they were able to get me into a great 1-bedroom apartment right away. Rachel, Jermeka, Dan, and the rest of the staff were the main reason I'm leaving a 5-star review. I had a few things come up, as is expected with any apartment rental, and they were SO on top of it every time. Daily walks to the soccer fields were a highlight, and I saw some incredible sunsets over the foothills from the Panorama property. The pool is beautiful and the property is really well-kept, too. To all the people complaining about the parking situation in these reviews: what do you want them to do? You complained when there was no parking available, so when they got stricter with parking passes to help us out, you get mad because your friends got towed? C'mon. Be sensible. I had guests over and nobody got towed because I went to the leasing office to get a temporary guest parking pass each time. It wasn't very difficult at all, and I got to build rapport/friendships with the lovely ladies in the office each time. Overall, very positive experience living here. If I hadn't gotten a dream job opportunity in another state, I'd certainly still be living at Panorama."
