"Cindy from maintenance did a huge solid for us and got our unit ready a week ahead of schedule. There was a few secondary fixes still to come, but both maintainence and management have been a joy to deal with so far with great communication and attitudes. Emergency maintenance was timely which is huge in Colorados severe Hot/Cold!"

"Moved in a few months ago and everything has been great. It's a quite and clean community, besides the dog poop. But the community provides bags and trash cans at 3 or 4 different locations. It's the dog owners not picking it up. Hard to get someone on the phone or email, had to walk in. But she was nice! Answered all my questions even when I came back multiple times. Needed a 3 bedroom but none available so I showed up every few weeks asking. Finally decided to squeeze into a 2 bedroom. We were scheduled to move and she called 2 weeks before move in and said someone backed out of 4 bedroom. So we got the 4 bedroom which was even better because I did need a office room! Maintaince is slow, but it's slow everywhere. What's new. Definitely recommend Allison Pointe to anyone that wants to keep it a safe quiet place for the kids :)"

"Went by today to visit and get some Information concerning availability That’s posted on Zillow . 3days ago No one answered the phone Noone returned my call So I decided to go in !! The lady there was very rude Did not acknowledge our entrance! Did not even get up to talk with us ! Didn’t even try to be cordial! Makes it difficult to wanna live there if u have to deal with such a person"

"We have lived here for three years, and never caused any problems. We are trying to work with the office on this problem. We have four adults and a toddler. We ask for a bigger unit but they keep blowing us off. Have you ever try to sleep with a toddler in your room? they tell us to call every day to check but how you do that when no one is there or return phone calls."
