"If I could give 0 stars I 100% would! I have no hot water in my apartment so I can’t do dishes or take a shower or cook! I’ve been calling everyday to get maintenance to come fix what they said they already fixed fixed. This is all illegal! The day we moved in they flooded our whole kitchen and our living room kitchen carpet was soaked! We can’t even use our dishwasher that they said they fixed! It’s been over a week that they were supposed to fix out issues but still have yet to even come! We can’t even shower if we don’t even have any hot water! So messed up especially since we have two little girls! Ps My wife is disabled and we have a special needs kid so this is so messed up! Pss A crack house has better amenities than this place! At least they have hot water!"

"Honestly if I could give this place 0 stars I would. I have lived here for almost 4 years and it’s just completely awful. I have so many maintenance requests and they never get done, they just mark as completed. There’s NEVER anyone in the office and if they are they’re all rude and would rather make excuses as to why things don’t get done. Office management and maintenance turn over rate is CRAZY. They can’t keep anyone on long enough to get this complex up and running the way it’s supposed to. I’ve had multiple leaks in my apartment and this past time it was from somebody’s upstairs toilet! I didn’t have any heat for the whole month of December either. Do yourself a favor and DONT live here. Spend that extra $4-600 on a house!"

"I would absolutely give 0 stars much like everyone else the complex is always trashed matinence takes months to fix the simplest problems and the office staff is basically nonexistent I would go down and talk to them about stuff that needs done but nobody will be in the office even during regular posted business hours if your considering moving in here do yourself a favor and don't. It's not worth it"

"Same as many others, 0 stars. The trash is everywhere. Laundry and plumbing never work. Air conditioning and electricity problems. Upstairs neighbors bathroom flooded into ours, and they left a giant hole in our bathroom ceiling they have yet to fix almost 2 YEARS LATER. They make you pay your rent twice because they can't keep track of anything, since no one ever works here for long. Our Upstairs neighbors are constantly screaming in the halls, blasting music at all hours, threatening us and damaging our vehicles- nothing is done. Pool constantly overrun by unsupervised bratty kids despite rules about age, if it's even open at all. Police in the parking lot weekly. And the rent just keeps going up!! For what exactly, i couldn't say, because its certainly not quality, service, amenities, or even basic safety. Moving asap!!"

"If I could give 0 stars I would. This is hands down the worst place to live. 0 property management, no communication, absolutely no respect for its residents. If something is broken in your unit well they’re not going to fix it. I will be packing up and leaving here as soon as my lease is up. This is a waste of my money. DO NOT LIVE HERE."
