"Great property managers, pool is lovely, and they add fresh flower hanging baskets in spring, and keep the garden plots nice. The location is awesome- walking distance to Olde Town. It is an older place, with its old age quirks, so don't expect everything to be fancy and brand new or work amazingly well all the time. It's not perfect but it was a charming place to live I loved it here."

"I have lived here for 4 years, and i LOVE it !!!!!! The property managers are the nicest ones I have ever had. They are super friendly, and they do such an awesome job of keeping the property clean. There is an absolutely lovely community garden during the summer, a well maintained pool, flowers are always planted, it is all so well maintained. Neighbors are always friendly. Truly feels like home !!!!!!"

"I wanted to reach out and say how wonderful I think this property is. I wanted to rent here a couple of years ago, but there was no availability for the several months I was looking to move. The property managers were very accommodating in answering my questions and gave me a tour even though nothing was available at the time. I have a family member who lives there and he couldn’t stop praising the managers and how fair and nice they are. Since I visit him frequently, I can attest to the lovely grounds, the Beautiful and clean pool, the well kept gardens, and the community vegetable garden. Any of the tenants I’ve encountered during my visits are nice and appear to be hard working family people. I love that they have a place for family BBQs with a gas grill and the playground for children. It’s a beautiful well maintained property in Arvada and nice for raising children. "We have lived here for 5 years and LOVE it. Our family of three consist of two senior citizens plus one getting close to being considered one. We have never had an issue or problem that has not been taken care of in a timely manner by our wonderful on site managers. Our neighbors are very caring. helpful and friendly. Management treats our extended family when they are visiting like part of the community. My favorite amenitjes are the pool, community garden, community gatherings several times a year and many friendly faces. We certainly expect to be here as long as we possibly can."
