"I have been living here for a year at the beginning everything was going well until I began to have problems in the apartment with mice coming out of the heat, people smoking in the unit, and without someone to talk to in the office and now they inform us that they are going to charge for the parking every month. The truth is that the rent is very expensive and it is not worth it the truth sorry."
"I’m happy I moved away from there. You have to deal with cockroaches and mice in the laundry facility is always broken and you have kids breaking windows and breaking stuff and on top of it you sometimes have the cops there and the fire department Yep kids running in the hall. And you find trash here in there and when he wants some thing fixed they’re very slow but when they do fix it, they do a great job and I live there for four years I had one woman come to my apartment, covered in blood took them a while to clean up the blood in the hall after that and that was because her boyfriend beat her up, so yeah, there are some violence there and you can smell weed so you know there’s drugs there too"
