Currently heat is not keeping the apartment above 60 degrees, her parking spot has been taken by another resident (or possibly not a resident since the garage doors are never working correctly and anyone can enter,) Management is never available to correct issues; for the price there are a myriad of better places to live in Des Moines. Avoid at all costs!"

"have lived here since February of 2023. Reported them to the better business bureau on multiple occasions. They refuse to replace the old air conditioners so your air will not work during the summer just letting everyone who moves her next know. They will get you a window unit that hardly works you will need to keep taping it up or the whole house will be hot. If you complain to maintenance it is not an emergency they will tell you to open windows. The ac only keeps one room cool (BARELY) now let’s talk about the things that never got fixed. Half of the outlets in each room doesn’t work main closet for coats has been broken since day one as well as the closet for clothes. The thing that holds up the shower head has been broken since day one. Under the sink for the dishes the white tubing fell off day one and water leaked everyone they only sent someone to vacuum up the water. Never came back to fix it. I had to tie everything up with red string and command strips and leave a bucket underneath the sink. They do NOT MANAGE THE GARAGE. God forbid your car gets damaged or someone else damages your car fighting over spots. Other tenants keep the door open or block the sensor so they can park in others spots. They don’t have an accurate list of who parks where. So they are giving new tenets spots that are already taken… management is hostile and doesn’t care about safety and will lie to police about there being no cameras on the property. NOTHING IS CONSIDERED AS A MAINTENANCE EMERGENCY. They go through a 3rd party that just relays the messages to them. But they go off of a drop down system so if your emergency isn’t one of the options they can select it is not an emergency…. If you park on the street your car WILL GET PLOWED IN COMPLETELY. Good luck shoveling your car out. There are about 8 spots on the left side of the building if you go up a hill. IF YOU CAN EVEN MAKE IT UP DURING WINTER. If you have a front wheel drive car you are ROYALLY FUQED… they don’t shovel in front of the garage so you gotta zoom out to make it. Management is to worried about going on vacation to solve any issues at the property (law enforcement even said so themselves after calling Ingersol towers themselves) THEIR ONLINE DOESNT WORK!!! It never let me add my bank account since day one and I bank with a major credit Union. They charge 30% of your rent to process your rent payment online!!! They are money grabbers they don’t fix anything and they will retaliate against you if you fight back. They violate leases and will talk about you to other tenants. The pool never works BTW!!! *rolls eyes* it was green a majority of the summer they don’t offer any other amenities nothing is covered in rent. Water issues as well on the east wing where water turns brown during summer… they threaten tenants…. FRONT CALL BOX DOESNT WORK! they do not update numbers do not believe them when they say they will when you tour the property. EVERYONE HAD TO FIGHT AMAZON tooth and nail as no one was getting packages yet they have a hub box… another tenant told me someone was putting razor blades in her mailbox (smh) black people don’t move here… I know we make money but this isn’t the place to move if you make money, if you wanna lie low… and you’re black… I’m sorry but this place isn’t it… they are racist. Gabby in the office is a delight. Christina or Christine is rude. Nannette was cool at first but she only cares when you first move in. They forgot to send someone to fix our ac unit and I heard her on the phone say “we didn’t submit the order for her apartment, don’t tell her or she’ll be mad. Just tell her that corporate will expedite the request”. She forgot to put me on hold. Smh dang Nannette I thought you were cool… it doesn’t matter… people don’t pick up after their dogs. Shared laundry 2.00 a load. Not big machines for families. Fiancés happens to live here too they are being charged way more than us for the same space and their electricity bill is 400 bucks. 3bed 2 bath. Should’ve posted this a long time ago but I’m noticing more people moving in so be warned"

"One of the worst apartments ever. Management is very rude and non cooperative especially Kelly; her behavior is very unprofessional. The management tries to get extra money from your pocket. For instance I was charged a very high amount for my gas bill and when I complained about it to the management, they did not reply to my email before the bill due date. After the due date had passed, they charged me an additional $100.00 for the late gas bill along with the already high gas bill. No one does anything to help address your concerns or fix anything. The garage door was not working so it wouldn't close and was open the entire time, there were literally homeless people coming in and out or the garage on whenever they wanted, they were even in my parking space which I paid for to get a secure car parking. End of story: they do not return your deposit and charge several other amounts from the deposit. It doesn't matter if you return your apartment clean or not, they will still charge you the cleaning fee."

"Unsafe and dangerous place to live. Zero management . The “secure” building is a Joke. Theft of vehicles and personal property on a regular basis. Non tenants have full access to garage and storage units. Security cameras do not work. DO NOT LIVE HERE."

"I called to schedule a viewing of a unit you have available (mind you I’m a leasing consultant), I mentioned I don’t have a physical ID when making this and stated I had a photo of it. When arriving, the building was secure (a little dirty and outdated) I called “the office” which rang to someone who had never even been to the property which was stated by this individual after I asked questions about using the restroom. He buzzed us in, we (me and my boyfriend) wondered into the lobby. Later greeted by someone who never stated their name just said “you looking for me?” And I said “I think so” I proceeded to ask about the restroom again and she led us to the elevator when she realized my boyfriend was coming along she stopped us both and stated she needed our IDs. I stated I didn’t have my physical one I could show or send her a photo because my wallet was stolen, my boyfriend (who is a black male with tattoos on his face) had his and she still refused him a tour as well even after I had left. If “protocol” is to have an ID, I’d like to know why he wasn’t able to tour on my behalf as he would also be living there?"
