"I next to never post reviews however I love this place far to much not to share publicly! I would truly recommend these apartments to everyone and anyone! Starting with touring, my application leasing and move in being so easy! Annesa and Kevin are hands down the BEST! The apartments are very well kept and you can tell they take pride in them, which is so nice when this is your home! Every question I ever had was responded to within minutes as well as a maintenance request I marked as “low priority” being completed that same day! They made me feel important as well a priority to them! I always felt safe in this apartment using the locked entrances and separate parking ramp which made taking my dog out in the dark even comfortable! My neighbors were all extremely friendly and I never one had an issue with noise (which everyone knows is a risk when living in an apartment) This apartment will always hold mine and my friends favorite memories around Des Moines!"

"Loved this complex so much! Amazing location and view. The landlord Aneesa is amazing and super responsive, Kevin who is in charge of maintenance went above and beyond. This place felt like home and it was so convenient to be above Hy-Vee and Starbucks. Everything was amazing!!!!"

"I have lived at Fourth and Court for over 4 years now, and I’m only leaving because I’m working remotely & I want to live closer to mountains. If I could pick up this entire building, community, staff, and take it all with me, I would! In particular, the units that face the courtyard inside on the 2nd floor are lovely: totally sound proof (no noise from downtown parties), very easy to meet your neighbors (& their pets!), and a great view. I never thought I would find a place in the heart of downtown with a backyard, but fourth and court is exactly that. Walking distance from the science center, tons of restaurants, & most downtown employers. I looked at a lot of apartments before choosing this one, and I have no regrets. The vaulted ceilings and giant windows also make the units feel incredibly spacious."

"Amazing spot in the heart of downtown Des Moines. From the beautiful views to living right above a grocery store (and Starbucks), it’s hard to find a deal quite like living at Fourth + Court. Annesa has been extremely friendly, helpful, and communicative throughout our experience living here, which will be coming up on a year. We’ve already resigned and are excited to stay here for another year! Kevin is a top-notch maintenance man who greets everyone with a smile and is always ready to help. We absolutely adore this place and could not recommend more! The reviews are right- apartments are stunning, built well, virtually no noise from any neighbors, and the location just can’t be beat! Not to mention internet is included and the secret perk of overhearing hilarious drunk conversations from people walking back from the bars while you’re out on your balcony. If you’re looking for a place downtown with friendly staff and nice amenities, don’t even hesitate. Fourth + Court is the place for you!!!"
