"Came in for a showing and the new manager is not only personable but knows the lay of the land. Saw 3 units Efficiency 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom. He discussed the renovations, excited to see the change."
"I called yesterday 3.13.24 spoke with the manager and he assured me to just come see the new and exciting things happening. So I did. I was shown 1 efficiency in the second building in community and was a ground floor. 1 bedroom unit newly remodeled in back building, very spacious with LVP flooring even nicer The 2 bedroom unit is going to be great. I'm ignoring other comments because people just like to complain versus see the possibilities!"
"I’m using this for a school presentation but idk why I get the feeling that a bunch of the 5 stars here are from druggies who share their needles from time to time (no offense)."
"Nice buildings, an very clean areas for children, however the parking lot has many potholes an loose gravel. Not well for motorcycles."
