"This is a beautiful place and a great use of an old commercial building rather than tearing it down. This building is tastefully decorated while maintaining the old character."
"They just denied me a place to live because I’m on disability for cancer and don’t make 3x the rent. I have a pristine rental history in every place I have ever lived. Most recently for 3 years. But they didn’t even run my application because I’m currently recovering from leukemia and a bone marrow transplant. Thanks. Way to discriminate against a cancer patient."
"Thin walls. Loud neighbors. Elevators break down frequently. The rooftop patio isn’t taken care of - trash overflow and the dog park is gross. Residents let their dogs urinate on the building right outside the front doors. It’s difficult to get issues resolved effectively by the property manager. It’s sad that this historic building is being treated this way. The building owner needs to take more pride in it."
"You guys just completely wasted my time and i will no longer be wanting to live here. I had an appointment to look at your complex 1 bed 1 bath and no one was there to greet me. I showed up 10 minutes early, waited outside the managers office for 15 minutes. Then decided to take a walk around town and still no one was there when i got back. I even called you guys twice. Don’t bother booking an appointment to check this place out they will just waste your time like they did mine."
"I was just a visitor but the elevators suck. Key fobs work when they want. Dog area is not kept clean garbage not takin out in dog area. Poop not picked up in dog area. Homeless people in the secure area."
