"I am new here and was having trouble finding a place and apartment applications were taking my money but never getting back to me . I was about to be on the streets . I went into a random apt building and met Cinzi property manager of not only Oakview Terrace but others as welI explaine thatI had been trying for 3 months to get an apt,She called me back let me know own what was going onand where we were at in the process, I had read all the reviews and asked about the bugs and mice, She was honest about everything and if I notice any Vermon to let her know . Both Cinzi and Sarah were on it fast. There are good with the bad like everywhere but they really are trying to make it a nice place to live,but there are things that will take time and patience, Thank you Cinzi and Sarah for working as hard as you do you are appreciated"
"Nice area to call home the grounds are well maintained and the view is good.Location is pretty decent as you are close to stores and gas stations.The parking area is well lit in the evening and secure ."

"this place is NASTY!! I moved outta here end of last year so fast. they had a BAD mice problem. so bad to the point where the mice are getting in your stove at night and refrigerator. IF YOU CAN ADVOID DONT LIVE HERE!!!"
"There are mice roaches and bedbugs plus the manager is a thief she stole 2500 plus of our money and then evicted us. Thought it was funny when they stole our things. If you can avoid this property at all do so it's in your best interest."
