"Do not move here. Mouse infested. Mice everywhere. Ruined anlmost everything I owned. All in the walls. Roaches. Management can’t answer the phone or fix anything. Worst experience of a home life I have ever experienced. I don’t know how they have 3.7 stars. I wish I could give them less than a one star rating."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE ROBBED OR LEAVE IN A CIVIL LAWSUIT!!! The worst office management i HAVE EVER SEEN!!!! DISGUSTING!!! They lie to you, they purposely ignore your calls, they send condescending emails, and they treat you like youre always in the wrong. Good luck trying to get ahold of anyone in office. Nobody ever answers. Theres four different numbers to the office and they are all equally ignored. Now the office is by appointment only. How can you possibly make an appointment with an office that doesnt respond? its appalling. Short staffing? Thats no reason to give people the treatment the office does during this time. My patience has came and gone."

"Its as bad as everyone says. I'm 1 month in this 1 year contract. I've had an issue pop up every week since I've moved in. There's a bit of forms and utilities that must be activate before given the okay to move in. I was given a move in date and planned around said date. I was initially given the wrong key to my apartment when moving in. I was paying movers by the hour to assist. They hung out while we waited for maintenance to unlock the door. The apartment that was assigned to was definitely not ready to be moved in. Damp Carpet, smashed door, broken sockets, etc. My movers where very surprised and I was very embarrassed. I was told there was another opening. I was then assigned to another apartment. Comparing the two is like night and day. The apartment was not ready. I would move in at a later date. I confirmed with the property and was given the okay and was told everything would be handled when moving in to this new apartment. The new date to move in, Labor Day. I was given a verbal agreement and that was that. I called that morning, bright and early to see if they could provide me the key. Websites say the they have limited hours - A-Okay, no prob, I can wait. 3:00PM rolls around and I make a desperate move and call the emergency maintenance number. After a while I receive a reply, the office is closed. They go on and help me out and I receive my key. By that time its the number of volunteers to assist me has dwindled. Following day, I go to the office to receive an updated check in form and ask to see if I can get the complex to comp me for their error or reimburse me for my movers. They say no. I ask if they can have their higher ups informed of this incident. They say yes. Its been a while. No replies as of yet. You hear a lot of the staffing and office hours. Sadly there is some truth. For me its just the office hours. I've gone a few times to see that they are appointment only. I'm trying to turn in the check-in forms and receive my mail key. It took about a month. I received my key! But, yet again I have received the incorrect key. I returned the key and was told they would handle it. I waited a few days and no reply. I now have a pending ticket to have the lock replaced. I've been with out mail for over a month, lol. There's been a few other things happen. A recent one, coming home to an unlocked apartment, Yowza! I had appliances installed and someone broke my lock? I could not unlock my door. Luckily I can work remotely. It took them a a bit, but I can say I did not leave my apartment for about 24 hours, lol. Wish me luck."

"Current tenant. Tried to take my kids to the pool today to cool off. They're chained and padlock shut. Tried to go to the office to see when they would be back open again. Office is locked with a note saying by appointment only now since staff can't be promised to be there. Tried to call the office several different times, and as usual no one answered. So I'll try here. Can you let us know when tenants will be able to access the pool? EDIT TO UPDATE: We have had a consist roach infestation for a year now. I have put in maintenance pest control requests every 2-3 weeks for a year. 3 months ago I started having mice crawling through the walls and eventually chewed multiple holes in the walls and have been coming in the house. In one week I caught 8 mice, which would have been more had i had more traps. I have sent multiple emails and requests, have moved most of my personal belongings into storage, and filed a complaint with the health department. I have NEVER heard from the corporate office until today with an eviction notice. I haven't been able to use my stove in months due to the rat feces and horrid smell when turned on, light fixtures with standing water that is unusable. My children with bites marks and constantly sick. Let alone the hundreds I have spent trying to remedy these issues on my own. No apology, no help from corporate (Holly has been super helpful in the office and has been trying to get responses as well) they'll be quick to take your money or evict you, but could care less about your living conditions."

"DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! My mother has been a tenant for over 6 years now and has never paid her rent late once. They have been the most disrespectful to her and slammed an eviction notice on her door and when she went to the office to confront them. They ignored her and yelled at her that they were close but clearly it was at the time their office was open. You will never get help with your apartment with maintenance. My sister just moved out last week because they are beyond disrespectful and all of the apartments are now infested with ROACHES and MICE. Poor management. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS! I’ve never seen the most unprofessional and lazy workers in my life. They keep my mothers certified checks in some random drawer and never reported it as paid. They have scammed her for HUNDREDS of dollars. And Bre in the office is just beyond is beyond disrespectful. Can’t believe they let her manage anything in the office."
