"Management is iffy. Only respond when they want to and if you have any actual issues they don’t get back to you within a reasonable time period. Have been waiting over a month for security deposit and have tried to get in contact with property manager who has ghosted me when I asked about more details in regards to such. Have been ghosted by newbury living when reaching out via email to request info. When I got in touch with them via the phone they had no idea about the deposit or the 30 day law. It’s very unstructured and loose here. Edit: Them choosing to respond via this comment and not to my numerous times of reaching out tells you what you need to know."
"Several years ago, I actually worked in this building (among many others) and it was great then. An excellent place to live. But now? They have taken it to a new level! Updated everything! There are wonderful common areas, a workout room, some apartments have washer/dryers. Everything is clean and safe. Karina remains as the building manager and is as excellent and responsive as ever. She really connects with the residents, and really cares!"
