"This place is terrible. The paint covers up mold. They have roaches, a very terrible odor, garbage everywhere throughout the buildings, kids jumping on cars, etc. I would rather live in a shelter than here. Sarah has a nasty attitude and speaks to you as if you’re a kid. Maintenance constantly comes in your apartment as soon as you leave without fixing anything. This place should be torn down."

"This place is a dump. I stayed here about 10 years ago with a friend. Despite being told by many it was okay to park here, my car was towed away overnight. I'm currently a Doordash and UberEats driver. Every time I get a delivery here I dread it, there's always broken glass and half eaten rotten food lying around. The speed bumps in the parking lot are GIGANTIC! The speed bumps will do damage to your car if you are going over 2MPH. I just made a delivery tonight during 4th of July, there were 3-4 families blocking the street setting off fireworks. After about 5 mins of being completely stopped, then the kids finally ran into the street and started picking up the firework trash/debris. Even after they picked it up, I could barely pass to make my delivery. I realize management can't control some of this, but maybe a landlord or security officer could be on site to prevent some of this. What a horrible place. If you are a potential resident reading this, avoid this place like Covid-19."

"Would not recommend here. It has some bonuses like nice appliances for the prices and decent parking spaces. However, management is horrible. I'm currently pregnant and so far while I've been here I have dealt with a flooded kitchen, so many issues getting hot water, gas leaks, fire alarms going off at random times and not being warned about them spraying for bugs and pest when I can't breathe all that in. I got threatened by management on a case where I was a victim to have me removed. They have been so rude and disrespectful. They aren't professional. The maintenance guy is a creepy man so be careful women."

"I have lived at these apartments since 2008 so 15 years. I have gone through the ups and downs with management and with pest control. But overall I wouldn't live anywhere else at this time. They have assisted me in many ways and maintenance and office stuff always go above and beyond especially the support service coordinator. I love working with the kids out here I love being part of this community. We have a church down the street that's becoming very involved with our community in extremely positive ways."

"I been here since September 2021 the staff is very nice whenever they come for a work order and usually prompt at maintenance unless there is an emergency work order somewhere else. Overall I enjoy here! Yes lots of kids but hey I have kids myself"
