"This is my second review. After 41/2 years and 2 property managers we now have a third manager and she in my opinion is doing a great job. She is very fair . All of the other property managers pets have lost their power. It is finally becoming a more pleasant place to live. I hope we don't lose her."

"Poor yard care from owners of the RGE! We can not water ourselves. Need a sprinkler system all all places. Yards are full of weeds and half dead. Only nice to not have steps into the homes. Nice clubhouse, but not large enough area in storm shelter for the complete complex."
"We lived here for 1 1/2 yrs. The units, which were built by Redwood Development, were very nice: however, management was lacking in PR skills. One big attraction for us in choosing RGE was the Pool Table and Theatre room in the Community Room. However, after just a few weeks, the pool table was removed and the TV hardly ever worked when we wanted to use it. Our rent was never lowered to compensate for these changes and we did not receive the value which we agreed to at the time the lease was executed. To me, this seemed like a "bait & switch" scheme to me."
