"Upper management is not very nice when you do talk to them..they don't care about their tenants and appoint you back too the problem your own site manager who doesn't do his job either. favors his maintenance man and other problem tenants. So bell management and their employees need to be better and do better for the disabled and elderly people. Thanks ."

"The managers of the property are very terrible at their jobs. They don't protect their residents from abuse from other Tenants company should be reported and fully taken out of the business of housing. As for the plaza apartments in webb city. The management allowed 2 tenants to have sex in the swimming pool and let them continue to do it. I wouldn't swim in there swimming pool. They don't keep it clean. daughter jump up-and-down on the second floor when there's Tennis below them."
"The property in Pleasant Hill, Missouri has been without power for three days without any response from the company after repeated attempts from residents and family. This location is low income elderly housing and nighttime temperatures have been as low as upper 20’s to lower 30’s at night. Some residents also require oxygen that requires electricity. Our town is now doing food drive to try to replace lost food items due to refrigerators not having power and food beginning to spoil at their apartments. Since these tenants are low income most of them cannot afford to replace everything in their refrigerator all at once. This company obviously has shown little to no care for whatever issue is happening here or offered any solutions that we are aware of. Anyone should think twice before allowing a loved one to live at one of their locations. I know I will."
"California Senior Housing units are unsafe, wiring is not up to code, no security lighting, police, fire & ems can't find your apt at night bc you can't see building numbers or unit numbers bc of no lighting. You complain they use the clause in your lease and no renew your lease. Manager and regional manager lie to your face and claim that's not what they said. They replaced the carpet worrwith slick flooring that cause ppl to fall. I complain now I'm out."
