"Staff was rude and in a hurry to get away from people"
"They got a new apartment manager as the old one was gone often. It is overpriced when considering the age of the apartments but compared to other apartment complexes in Joplin it is pretty reasonable. The maintenance employees here were very friendly and kind. However, there were many small problems with the apartment with the excuse being that they were "very old" according to the apartment manager. There were not enough laundry machines for all of the people that lived at the apartments and the railing for the concrete stairs was not in good shape. The lack of accessibility for people with disabilities was quite obvious. Hopefully under new management things are much better. They gave me back my down-payment after I moved out so I am quite happy with that!"

"We just moved in a few weeks ago and so far we love it. Maintenance issues are seen to quickly and the other tenants are friendly. Management is very nice too."
"The management is absolutely amazing! Super understanding and has made living here so nice. Anytime I ever had an issue they were incredibly fast to get it resolved. I’ve loved my time living here and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a place."
