"•Poor communication •To much turnover as far as office managers. •Main breaker in my apartment would kick out for no reason. When asked I was told that it had something to do with the ground wire for the solar panels. For example 13 times in one day. Mostly in the summer time. •main gates constantly breaking down. This was my experience’s the two years I live there."

"Pretty nice place. The neighbors are quiet, the salt water pool is nice, as is the tornado shelter/ game room in the main office/ clubhouse. Garage is adequate for the number of cars listed, with enough parking in the lot for guests if needed. Feels safe."
"Out of all the places to live in Joplin - this is the best. The staff is amazing, especially Stepfani and Frankie. They will make you feel right at home. The location is perfect. It has a gated community and you can access the gym 24-7. Packages are safe and left inside, which is always nice. They have a great community and do pot lucks every other month. Hands down, the best place in Joplin."
"Clean, upscale living. Neighbors are nice. Any repairs are made in a timely manner (our ice maker went out). Staff is friendly and understanding. Great place for pets.The place for you if you want to live in a nice place without worrying about making repairs yourself - a wonderful step before or after home-ownership."
