"The renting process is pretty straightforward, Wifi, DISH, and laundry machines are included in each unit, and so far the property manager and maintenance have been very prompt. These are 4-plex units, 550 sq ft each. The neighborhood is quiet, and there's not much traffic passing through at night. The RBC website listing is accurate. I cannot speak to the other reviews regarding the return of the security deposit at the end of the lease, as I've just moved in. I guess we'll see!"

"Just like the other review says they will not give you the deposit back. They didn't keep up with the maintenance, our air conditioning unit lacked the whole time. Overall bad experience, do not rent from these people."

"If you want your deposit back do NOT rent here. Even after signing walkthrough papers, they will come up with anything afterwards to keep from giving you your deposit back. Everything was fine at first. Then came move out day. We spent a lot of time cleaning the place to make it look spotless. We had the walkthrough with the landlord. She inspected everything and marked them down. We signed papers in a mutual agreement that everything was inspected and marked off as well as noted for broken blinds (thanks kitties). We knew that would be deducted which was fine and necessary because we were at fault for it. A couple of weeks later AFTER the walkthrough and documentation of the inspection of our unit, we got a message that there was a broken window. Mind you, we had already signed papers indicating everything was inspected and marked down. Supposedly there was a crack on the bedroom window found while the painters were touching up paint. That is invalid due to the inspection we did with the landlord. As well as knowing that we did no such of thing. We never opened the windows or put anything on or around the windows. I’m sorry, but how could a broken window be missed in the moment of an investigation? That is something that would definitely be noticed. We always toke much care of the place. Always kept it super clean and free of damages. Only thing we could have did better was keeping our pets out of the blinds. But you know, pets like to look out the windows. Thus, we will NOT be recommending this apartment complex to anyone. In fact we will be making it known to all of our friends and any others mentioning renting from this place. The entire purpose of the walkthrough is to ensure everything is intact, clean and damage free. The landlord is to examine all aspects of the place and document any signs of neglect. That is the final procedure before the keys are handed over and the deposit is calculated. Money Hungry company’s especially this one will come up with anything to keep your deposit leaving you with little to nothing. Apparently signed documentations of the state upon leaving the unit doesn’t matter to them. Rent if you please, just don’t expect to receive your agreed deposit back. Make sure to take many photos of the place (as i did but didn’t matter) if you think your being too thorough your not. Get a photo of everything inside, outside, in cabinets, closets, etc. then maybe just maybe you will have more luck in proving any random undocumented damages are not faulted. This should aid you in getting the deposit back that is rightfully yours (after signed documentations are done of course) SAVE YOUR MONEY AND TIME!!! RENT ELSEWHERE! PLENTY OF OTHER PLACES AROUND THAT WONT SCREW YOU OVER AS RBC DOES!!!"
