"enjoyed living there for the most part. The apartments are nice and grounds are nice. Management let you know how things ran and what to expect right away. However the last year more parties took place and the neighborhood became a lot louder. When I moved out the same thing happened that another reviewer mentioned regarding their security deposit not being returned. They took out an animal fee numerous times even though that was paid at time of lease. There were numerous other fees that didn't make sence. I reached out numerous times but I never received an answer."
"Great quite community. Out of town living 'feel', near the 'heart' of it. Property Manager Lisa keeps the Units and Grounds very well maintained and looks after the tenants well being. 5 Stars easy!"
"I really enjoyed my time at Rustic. The facilities were incredible, the apartments were spacious, and for the most part, management seemed to run smoothly. It wasn't until move out that things really took a turn for the worse. I received 1/3 of my security deposit back 9 months after move out and after endless attempts of contacting the leasing office to no avail. My pet deposit was never returned, an itemized deduction list/explanation of deductions was never provided. I'm not sure what went wrong after move out, but this is something to keep in mind in the future if you're considering this property."
"Lived here for school- well maintained property, spacious parking lot, quiet neighbors. The apartments are really large and affordable, with current amenities. Comes with washer and dryer, and everything is pretty new as well. Maintenance orders are replied to quickly, and Lisa is a great leasing manager, so be sure to rely on her."
"Just toured these apartments today and I was VERY IMPRESSED! Lisa was a very knowledgeable manager and seemed to really care about each and every one of her residents. She knew their pets' names, where they were from, if they went to school or worked from home, etc... On top of all of this, the property was very well maintained. It was spotless! There was no bulk trash in the dumpsters, no stains or trash in the halls, no overcrowded balconies, GREAT LIGHTING in the halls and parking lots, and well maintained landscaping throughout."
