"Imagine living in a place where you have to beg for maintenance. When you do call maintenance they show up and they complain about every single thing they dont like about you or that they have to fix something. Rent is outrageous. Management not so bad but maintenance is awful. They will "fix" something and it'll break then they'll have to come back out and fix it again. Lord forbid they have to fix anything. If you're smart enough you'll take your money and go somewhere else that actually cares about you"
"Marshall (maintenance worker) came by to work on our water heater and it was a very funny experience despite the challenges. He thoroughly explained what the issue was, and what issues he was having fixing it. Despite the trouble he had and having to come back the next day to fix it, it was very relaxed while he worked and we were able to have nice conversations and joke around. He gave me instructions in the end on what to do in case of an emergency, and reassured me on the work he did. Not to mention, he even fixed my door when he noticed it was wonky before he left! And I hadn't even put in a work order for that! He was the best, and I'm very happy with what he did for me."
"We just signed all the papers to move into the apartments today! Steve helped us throughout the entire process and was so very helpful! He answered all of our questions and concerns and made everything super easy. I will definitely be recommending the campbell apartments to any of my friends potentially looking to move!! :) Thank you Steve!"
"We are seniors & just love it here! We are close to shopping, a fantastic assortment of eateries, big box companies, & church. There are beautiful trees, & a pretty park across the street. Nick & Steve were great with the application/approval paperwork. We have found them to be always quick to help, answer questions or address concerns. Marshall, in maintenance, is professional, efficient, courteous & friendly. Neighbors are kind & respectful. We feel safe, & at home here at Campbell Reserve."
"Apparently this level of clean isn't enough to get your deposit back. A bunch of liars and scammers. Now I understand why people leave apartments trashed. I will never recommend these apartments to anyone. Save your money and go somewhere else."
