"The property is clean and convenient. The management however is disorganized, lack of communication and seem like she doesn't want to help you feel welcome. Its when you have to ask where is this, that and how do you access the amenity available to the tenants. Expect to have your time wasted as you sign the lease. Good luck and enjoy dealing with management because that warm smile is fake."

I have lived here for a year now and this was my first home away from home and I’m so glad I chose The Plaza in Joplin! Our apartment is very spacious, we love the pool/hot tub area, gym, lobby area, our balcony, and it’s in a great location! 10/10 and ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ !"

"This is a super nice area and not too much money for what it all comes with, this is a perfect place to call home and don't get me started on the staff they were super friendly and would explain everything to us completely. Once we walked in we felt comfortable and we are just super excited to move in and see what the new year brings us! We are so happy to have gotten the chance to start our journey with The Plaza Apartments."

"I was not happy with the management. The first day I moved in on April 6 2017, the apartment was not move in ready at all. The manager at the time forgot to have the apartment clean and did not have the keys nor paper work. There was dust on the floor, blinds were broken and were never replaced, fridge was dirty etc. The maintainance guy had a terrible attitude as he had to do extra work on his shift. Transferring between old and new management somehow my lease was “lost” (That is what the new management told me). When I left, I was charged $95 for carpet cleaning and $60 for apartment cleaning. In my defense, I had kept the apartment in great shape from what I came. In fact, the apartment was left in better shape than what was given to me. Overall, I wasn’t happy with the management. The few times I interacted with them, they were stiff and not willing to accommodate. I usually don’t give negative reviews and this is the first negative review I have written because I truly was not happy with the management here. I feel people should carefully consider before moving in to these apartments."

"I stayed here for a few months and I have to say it was an outstanding experience. The facilities are in fantastic shape and extremely clean and neat. The yards are impeccable. No crime and this ship is tightly run and operated. The housekeeping is second to none, the management are friendly and very easy to work with in a corporate environment which is really important when you are away from home all the time. I strongly suggest anyone who is looking for a corporate housing or even just a condo/apartment lifestyle to consider the Plaza. Sincerely, Chris Nelson"
