"wouldn’t recommend these apartments I been here since 2018 from the front office people to the maintenance workers they all no help You can put in so much work orders they still will tell you they coming and will never come. In the year of 2021 we had a freeze and one night the ice started melting and a lot of water started coming through the ceiling fan. I Immediately called the answering service they never answered and no one never came out to check it When they decided to come one maintenance worker said to me you are going to have a lot of problems here the lines stay backed up . Three years before I reported my stove and refrigerator wasn’t working properly and 3 years later few months ago they replaced them and new maintenance guy says as he introduced him self he stated that you put in a lot of work orders . The manger in the Front office was upset about it and told me I’ve never put in work orders . I stated yes ma’am I have . Then they have the audacity to raise the Rent up and additional late fees they not worth of moving in"

"I loved living here for the 7 years I was there until I was given a 3 day eviction with a 3 year old and a 5 year old at the time for what they considered my place of residence unliveable for having clothes on the floor that I was going thru to get rid of that they couldn't fit any more on top of that was being failed on inspections from the door behind carpet that was clean before the inspection every year but they can't come and fix the smallest issue that was at hand like this upstairs plumbing or a ceiling fan but be quick to run and tell your business about what's going on in your apartment like they pay the bills or rent there or put food on your kids plate to eat I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO MOVE THERE WITH THE INTENT TO MAKE IT A PERMANENT PLACE TO LIVE"

"I know it is covid. But what excuse these apt from doing repairs? I have had requested for repairs for yrs. I am tired of paying rent and can't get help. The manager lies to me about it. Not to mention the assistant helps her lie. They don't do their jobs. They are not aware of what is going on in my building. There are mn living here not on the lease. If it was me I would be out! If other people come in here with masks and gloves why the repair man come in here. It is an emergency for me! Especially when I told you about it a yr ago some 3yrs. I have proof. I have my rights. I will not accept this I can move but not now unless they honor my requests for downstairs. This is housing so you need to help me I am a senior woman!"

"I like my apt. Would like to stay here for some yrs. But the management team lies a lot. When you report repairs they don't do right. It may be months before they come. I have to keep telling them but if you miss your rent you have to go. I expect for them to do their jobs."

"It is the Hood. However, as in other hoods, there are a few who are not hood-like dwelling here. The overall build of the complex is nice. Town homes and apartments are available. 1-3 bedroom's."
