"Management and maintenance is absolutely amazing here and the apartments are very spacious as well as rent being a great price fore today’s world. This makes up for SOME of the issues. I have lived here for a few months now and i have had a baby since moving in. Inconveniences keep happening like water being shut off for most of the day multiple times, and now in freezing cold weather, the air/heater is not working. Given the fact that it has been in the 30’s over night, i am having to triple the clothes my infant is wearing and double the clothes my two children under 5 are wearing. If i as an adult am freezing, i know my kids are. I know they are on top of it because like i said, management is amazing but, i think these apartments need a little bit more done to them than a simple remodel for cosmetic purposes (They have amazing service though which is hard to find in apartment homes)."
"Longfellow has greatly improved in the last 6 months, new landscaping, apartments have been remodeled, new office staff and owner, all of whom are very professional and they care about the residents. Please come by and take a look! I highly recommend Longfellow apts!"
"I moved in, in June of 2023 with the previous management company and they were less to be desired. Since Better World has come in they have given the best customer service a girl could ask for. Mitzi has been SUPER accommodating as the new property manager and TERRY!! Terry Terry Terry! Mr. Terry THANK YOU. Iykyk. Thank you Mitzi and Terry for being accommodating and trying to turn my experience around! ❤️"
"New Owners and New Management have really made lots of great positive changes. New fences and landscaping. We are getting new picnic tables, BBQ pits, A new dog park and a renovated swimming pool. They are renovating a bunch of units with new floors, new cabinets and countertops, and all new light and plumbing fixtures! Pet friendly and spacious floor plans. They have large 1 Bedrooms, 2 BR/ 2 Bath and 3BR 2 Bath floor plans available!"
"My mother moved in the summer of 2023. She had many problems with management and getting things done at the time. There were so many problems. But since then, there are new owners and management. Things are getting fixed, the landscaping is beautiful, and the new fences look so nice. She feels safe and her neighbors are so nice. He patio is the perfect size. She had had a great experience, and is so lucky to have moved here."
