"I have lived at Hamlet Park for two years now. It’s pretty quiet with no noisy neighbors. The staff are very friendly and if you ever run into an issue they’re very helpful in helping you resolved that issue. I do recommend living here. My dog and I usually go for walks around the complex and it’s pretty dog friendly as well."

"The property is cool overall and staff friendly but however they will not give you your deposit back if your expecting that and will charge your for their cleaning service upon move out which is $150 not matter if you clean up yourself! They will say it’s not up to their standards! According to Texas renters rights they are supposed to clean anyways That’s what their cleaning company apparently charges in case yall want to know! And from what I seen upon move out of other residents it’s not a cleaning co it’s a lady with a spray bottle and a rag. I cleaned and wiped everything down even down to the window seals !! The United looked better upon move out then the move in They also add water into your bill which is fine but they average the whole apartment complex into your bill not individually. So you are automatically paying for usage that you don’t use for the entire complex ! But I’m not dispute g the water bill issue. Its the corporate side who are issue the not the workers! Upon move out a pre inspection was done stating just wipe down and clean. Then I was emailed about a red stain in the tub, to which I never had ever. Brittney the manager ( who is very nice might I add) called right after the pre inspection email and said it was the wrong unit and for me to disregard that part. I sent her an email to acknowledge the call she had made to acknowledge the mistake she never did but I have an actual video showing everything was clean with absolutely no red stain also a screen shot of the call when she immediately called to state it was another unit! I’m just actually disputing their cleaning fee. I even paid for the carpet clean which I have my receipt as well, that was in the lease so I’m not complaining about that either.Overall it was quiet living there they just want to get extra money out of you upon move out! They also stated I never paid a deposit. If that was the case why was a $25 tenant deposit credited to my final bill ? Seems crazy And no you haven’t given me documents I asked for I asked for all of my statements that are no longer available through the online portal !!!smh I asked for the actual statements as I could view before"

"We get it that you've everything in writing in the lease agreement. But you guys should be willing to work with the residents for workarounds if they can't notify lease termination exactly on the 1st of the month. People get new jobs and not everything happens on the 1st or last day of the month. You won't offer subletting, you won't allow us to be 4 or 5 days late. Looks like you guys are out to get the extra month's rent at any cost. I was really hoping to give you guys 5 star because our experience living here has been great so far, but the lack of willingness to come to any workaround is forcing me to give you guys 1 star."

"After looking at several homes, I decided to look at a townhome and fell in love with the layout at Hamlet. Britt took great care of me and was really sweet with all my questions. She was extremely patient with me, as I called many times to ask questions and check on the status. She contacted me to even give me updates throughout the process. I instantly felt like i was home. I am excited about moving in and plan to call Hamlet my home for a long time!"

"I have lived here for 7 months and it has been wonderful so far. This is an older community but the units have been beautifully updated. I love having my private carport and private backyard - it feels more like a house than an apartment. The new swimming pool and fitness room are both very nice. The office staff and maintenance staff are very attentive and very accommodating to the needs of the residents. This is a quiet and peaceful community and I love living here."
