"10/10 experience! Personally speaking, the staff here is amazing! They are very thorough when it comes to handling details whether it’s an application process or maintenance. Speaking of which, Cliff who is the head of maintenance here at promenade is awesome! The tour he lead us on for our initial visit swept us off our feet! He was very informative and knowledgeable of the property, which was very convenient. Considering the fact that by the time we circled back to the leasing office, we had little to no questions at all that needed answering. So with that being said, I’ve got to hand it to him. He’s the best !"

"I have been living in this place for about 7 months, it has been a headache, I called for maintenance and they have not been able to fix the problem that I have had since the beginning when I moved here, I also moved the refrigerator and they scraped the entire floor and they tell me They are not going to fix it. I have photos of how unprofessional the maintenance group is. I really feel dissatisfied because they do not clean the hallways as they should be. Apart from the fact that they do not do their maintenance work, the elevators have a really bad smell every time. I do not recommend it at all, people who are looking for a place to live check the reviews carefully before landing here."

"Very impressed!! My family and I are selling our home and looking to downsize. We’re very familiar with the area our home is located minutes away from the property. I called two weeks ago and scheduled a tour. The tour guide Amanda was nothing short of amazing. Upon touring us she was friendly and full of joy. We were giving a quote and apartment information after the tour along with emails and contact numbers. After touring several other properties my mind was still stuck on Promenade. My husband and I decided to go take one more look before applying. We approached the door and noticed the staff was hosting a Christmas party. I immediately began to walk back to my car but the office manager Ms. Chaquita ran out an invited us in. She prepared a plate for myself and my husband and also allowed us to take Christmas pictures gifted us with a free picture. I asked if there was anyone available to tour us again and she stayed with no hesitation “I’ll be honored to take you”. The property was as clean and well maintained as it was two weeks ago. I must say Ms.Chaquita has all of the tools to get the job done! Needless to say she walked us back into the office and set us up on the computers and help us with the entire process! WE APPLIED!! I can’t wait until January to become part of the Promenade Community! Thanks"

"My experience at Promenade Luxury Apartments is going really good. The property itself gives me life and rejuvenates me in ways worth while. The scenery is amazing. The structure of the buildings and the kickback sections allows me to relax and unwind after a trying day. The staff is amazing with their concerns for the comfort of us guess makes it feel like family and home. I live my experience here and I hope to stay for years to come."

"The office and property was extremely clean. The manager Chiquita was very friendly and helpful she was able to answer all questions with very knowledgeable answers! Her Customer service was top notch during our guided tour of the community. My family and I were sold on the pond view and we will be applying and making Promenade our home. Thanks again Chiquita!"
