"If I could give a zero I would! Just the lack of communication to tour the place is a headache. I came during my lunch break to tour and I had to call for an update just for them to tell me that they are still cleaning and rescheduled tomorrow (ok fine… even though it would of been convenient to inform me before I waste my lunch break and gas to go there fine I scheduled tomorrow at 9) I have been here since 8:45 am and I even called the office so that my tour guide could see what car I’m in. Still I see no one and at 9:30 I call the office just for them to say they lady said she had been waiting on me for 45 minutes which I have to say is impossible because I have been parked near the entrance since 8:45 and I haven’t seen anyone! Not have I received a call!!! They wanted to reschedule I said no that is fine and they just hung up in my face! If this is how I’m treated before I become a resident in your property than I can’t imagine living there and actually needing to be able to contact office for emergency because there’s no such thing as proper communication there! VERY DISAPPOINTED"
"I scheduled a tour and went to the address to have a tour at 3 with someone and they didn’t have a office and called the number they have and the office is closed from 2:30-4pm how was I supposed to get in contact with someone . Absolutely pointless wasted my time"
"Very nice place! The management is very attentive and kind. They often come to clean parking area and keep up with the grass so it is always looking nice. They have solar security lights and for the most part it is a fairly quiet community. So close to the park, stores, gas stations, and restraunts. We have very much enjoyed our stay here!"
