"The management at this all black complex is bad . This place full of single parents and destructive no Dads children. Every time I visit my folks here . kids are destroying property and running buck wilde all over the Damn parking lots like it's a playground . Example they broke up a sit down iron bench where the baby play station is . Throwing rocks all over the area . Riding there bikes in the plant beds and dangerous parkingLott. Single mommas boyfriends blasting Loud music in there cars. . Little babies trying to dump trash but it ends up ongronds causing rats and roaches. this place is a hot mess already. And it's new."

"Live here if you don’t mind mold!! They are sorry and took their time to even acknowledge the mold problem and still ain’t fix the issue!! I lost clothes, shoes and furniture because the mold progressed while they sat on their bad built a**es doing nothing about it for so long! It became inhabitable to live in so me and my daughter went stayed with my bf while they supposedly was to fix the problem but when I returned the mold had spread and was worse. You could literally smell it at the door! Thank God my lease was ending soon! Later found out it was because of THEIR a/c unit causing moisture which promoted the growth of mold! I would not recommend these apartments to anyone they will literally neglect you and not care!! Management is sorry!! And had nerve to keep my deposit after everything I went through"
"I’ve been living here for nearly 3 years now, and I can honestly say that Darlin is one of the best managers this apartments have had since I’ve been here! She accommodates your every need to the best of her ability. Highly recommend. Great service."
"Close to the Mall and walmart walking and driving you do both. I HAVE ANOTHER REVIEW FRIDAY December 14 I call maintenance about my garage not opening he told me wait Monday how I going get to Doctor office to is Friday whole weekend"
