"This community is under new management & it shows! The property has been cleaned up in more ways than one, with more improvements to come.. Great location, affordable prices, peaceful & quiet. With upgraded units available, I highly recommend giving it a look. I hear it was a bit neglected in the past, but kudos to the new ownership & TLR Solutions for the turn around!"
"Decent price for the area of the town, however parking lot is horrible, and complex has been on constant decline in recent years due to the type of tenants they let rent the units. Nice start up apartment, but don't overstay your welcome.. Especially now."

"I've lived here for a little over 6 months. I honestly don't have a negative thing to say. This is my very first apt, and I'm a single mother so $450.00 monthly is a steal!!!!! The landlords are very nice, you kind of have to stay on top of them so they don't forget about work orders. The parking lot was horrible when I first moved in, but now it looks to be better. Swimming pool doesn't actually work, just holds water. All in all very quiet apts, aside from the freeway and car dealership being so close."
