"RUN from this place. Long time resident. The management is incompetent at best. The lighting between buildings is horrible and it’s only a matter of time before a resident gets assaulted or worse. Mold in the storage units is horrible. The manager refuses to fix any of the major stuff because of financial issues according to the maintenance man. When it rains sidewalks are full of water. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE!"

"Don't recommend, STAY AWAY! I lived there for 2 years but the last year was the worst! They may present well at the beginning but it’s a disguise. They are unprofessional and rude to say the least. I am disgusted, I don’t even want to remember this place because of management. Every other week there was a new manager and they all were horrible. No final walk through, when I moved out. I called and sent an email explaining that I wanted to be notified if I had any additional charges. Never received a response until I got a call from a collection agency 1 months after I moved out. Mismanagement at its finest!"

"I had a good experience living here for a year. If I weren’t moving away from Beaumont, I would continue to live here. I really liked the pool area and that the unit came with a washer and dryer. Very few maintenance issues, and when a couple of issues did pop up, the maintenance team was quick to fix the problem. Only downside, and reason for 4 stars, would be there were 3 incidences of cars being broken into in the year I lived there. I didn’t have any problems personally, but never left anything in my car worth taking. Overall, I had a good experience!"

"I lived here for about 2 years before having to move cities. I overall loved Chelsea. I never had any big issues with the management group. It has great location and reasonable pricing at the time. The apartments are a little dated but you get what you pay for. Nothing was falling apart. I never had any maintenance issues that weren't taken care of quickly. My apartment was also pretty dark because of the big trees around. That was kind of depressing. But I really liked living there because of proximity to the highway and mall."

"Absolutely LOVE this place. I've never lived at a complex where the staff is always on top of things, but this place is great at it. Landscaping always looks nice, the management is super responsive, maintenance takes care of work orders within 24 hours, etc. I used to live at the Harbour Apartments right down the road and the difference between here and there is astronomical. I wish I would have known about the Chelsea Apartments when I first moved here. For this complex being one of the nicer ones in Beaumont, their prices are very reasonable. Wish I could give this place 10 stars."
