"sorry sorry sorry I have to beg them to come out and save the property from damage I quit I will save and video all of the problems that keep happening and save it because it will be said that I did this to the property leaking ceiling from tub and now water in dishwasher that has to be scooped out to keep from flooding the apartment and no one wants to give a name when answering the phone this property once owned by Pirigi never had to wait for anything been under them for 3 years now smh"
"I recently moved into one of their new properties and as the 1st tenant for this property I ran into a lot of issues that needed to be fixed upon move in. -No garage door opener, no blinds, light switch hanging out the wall, no mailbox key, etc. - I brought these issues to Veronica (Maintenance Coordinator) and she was on it immediately did everything she could to rectify the issues and provided me with the information needed. She even followed up with me via text to ensure all was well. This is what separate them for the rest. They take care of their people!"
"This place is ridiculous!! The property manager is so rude and doesn’t care about her residents especially if they are pregnant. Told me she was gonna bring chemicals into my apartment while I’m there and I’m 18 weeks pregnant. They also left me outside in the heat for 30 mins after locking me out of my apartment. I have complained to the general attorney and they are unbothered. I recommend not staying here at the apartments totally nasty and doesn’t have a working laundry mat."
