"I would never recommend living here. First off they cannot hold down a management team. The front office employees change on a month to month basis, so if you have an issue they are always playing catch up from the previous employees. I lived there for 2 years and never had access to the gym because they could never give my fab access. It’s very frustrating that I pay rent that is supposed to include amenities that I am not able to use. Another major issue is the air filter changing. The door that contains the air filters in each apartment is locked and only accessible by maintenance. There is no consistent air filter changing which has resulted in mold in our apartment, which is a major health risk. Overall choose a different place to live is my recommendation."

"Words can’t describe how thankful and grateful I am for Ally, Shirly and Yesenia. These ladies are so professional with such a great spirit and beautiful hearts. I got discouraged in the beginning due to the process but I understand protocol and these ladies are just doing their jobs. The energy in the office is amazing with these ladies. They are very understanding, helpful, knowledgeable, etc. I would give more stars if I could. All I can say is keep these ladies here."
"If I can give 0 star I would I stayed in these apt two years I can say it was the worst experience in my life the pool never clean the trash is always overflowing no maintenance. Nothing was ever fixed in my apartment I dealt with water problems i had a new born baby I keep telling them about mold they didn’t. Care I had to move out because apt 2101 was a safe hazards now they are trynna make me pay$2000 for moving out of a safe hazards water damage mold apt with a new born with breathing problems I never was going take that risk of getting my baby sick I well include pictures below I have voice calls of how the speak to ppl they scream at you talk to you any kinda way I now have to take them to court"
