"Large pull through concrete sites. Small concrete patio. Sewer connections far from the best site."
"Sites are small and expensive. On the water is over $700. Wifi does not work unless your up front. Standing water has mosquitos buzzing you and they are huge. Fences falling down and pot holes are getting bigger by the day."

"We did an overnight here. Level, concrete pull-through site. Easy-in, easy-out. Big clean bathrooms. Some traffic noise, but otherwise quiet, clean, and safe. Would definitely stay again when in Beaumont!"
