"Spent the night. All concrete and level. Did the job. Convenient to a lot of commerce. Close to highway but it did not bother us. Thanks again ! Will stay there again"

"Stayed at Cardinal RV Park for just under 2 years. This was a phenomenal park and experience under the original owners and management! Hope, the park manager was very kind, open door to all, listened to all concerns, responded quickly, was always available for us! She went above and beyond for her customers and because of this, got return customers all the time! Fast forward, new owners and management came in. I almost immediately got the impression of sneaky and deceitfulness from the new owners/management! One gentleman made a reservation and at almost a week before getting there, canceled, and with almost a weeks notice, was charged a $100 cancelation charge. Wow!! That seems like a steep fee! My husband and I have literally traveled across this country for his job and have never heard if that high of a cancelation fee, especially when there was almost a weeks notice! Fast forward a couple weeks and I went to management and asked if emails would be going out with park rules, etc and I was told nothing was changing. I asked this same question probably a week or two later because things felt different and I was told the same thing; nothing would change! Fast forward again and texts went out saying we'd be without electric for a little bit everday over a period of a week or so due to upgrading of pedestals. Again, I asked, what changes would be taking place and if we'd be paying for electric on top of the bills already figured in our rent. Again, I was told nothing would change. The next day, a gentleman comes to our site to upgrade our pedestal. He upgraded it alright, upgraded it with a meter/counter. He even showed me when I asked. Some time later, I noticed the manager walking around and writing info down from the counters. Again, I asked when we'd have to start paying electric so we could prepare for it or find another park to stay at and again, was told nothing would change. This is when I got upset! I asked her if she really thought anyone could possibly believe that money would be spent to put meters in and her read the meters, and us not have to expect to pay electric?! She responded that they just wanted to see what was being used at each site, that was all! I told her I didn't believe that and felt she/they were lying, but hoped I was wrong! The 1st of Dec. came and so did an email stating that effective Jan 1st, we'd be paying electric on top of the rent we were already paying! Because the utilities and wifi were figured in with our rent when we came to this park, it felt like we would mow be paying electric twice. On top of that, we were told there would be an additional $2 added to our bill on top of thar for them to read our meter! Are you kidding me?! This is just the biggest complaint! The laundry room is not cleaned like the previous manager Hope did! I literally would wipe down the dryers before I would fold clean clothes and set them on top! The park had trash all the time! The previous manager and owners would literally walk the park to pick up trash, etc. New management, not so much! The previous manager made sure people were cleaning up after their dogs, this new manager does NOT! The previous manager Hope would make sure there were dog poop bags at the dog park area and poop picked up in the dog park area. My husband and I stopped taking our dogs to the park area for all the poop and no bags! What a shame that this park had gone so far down hill! We were blessed that we moved on before we had to deal with the new electric add on to the rent, etc. This park charged enough for so few amenities, adding electric to it was just a slap in the face. There were other parks around that charged the same amount (before the electric add on), or very little more for way more amenities!! The only reason my husband and I had stayed that long was because of the original owners and their amazing manager Hope!!! In my opinion, if you can find another park to stay at, other than this one, would highly suggest that!!!"

"Not a happy camper. They changed the terms and conditions from everything included to 15/kw just over after a week of moving in. I was going to be long term, 2 years, but not anymore, moving out just after one week. Let's see if they will pro-rate my monthly payment. I will add the nice lady they took me in that has nothing to do with the decision is very nice."

"Nice all concrete lots and roads. Small and clean. Mostly young families and working people. Great overnight stop. We would stay here again."

"Clean well laid out park. If you need a clean quiet place in Beaumont you should check them out. Not a place to take the kids, no fishing pond or stuff like that. Located in a light industrial area right off the freeway."
