"This hotel is really nice! I am from the area, I stay in hotels when visiting family. I have stayed at the Avid, it’s a newer hotel and very clean. But the Residence Inn is my now go to! Our room was clean, and VERY spacious. We were very comfortable our entire stay. The bed was comfy!"
"I stayed in this hotel for a night. When I got into the room , after flushing the toilet , the toilet leaked all over the floor. the drains in the tub were broken and the room was missing a coffee pot. The hotel locks all doors before 10PM so the only way in is a weird side entrance. Which is not safe for guests. Around 12 am the fire alarm went off. I called to the front desk and the front desk agent hung up on me. the fire alarm went off multiple times over an hr and half period and the front desk agent. Let me know there was no reason to vacate that it was a “sprinkler issue” the fire alarm continued to go off all night on lower floors. Till about 9am in the morning. No one was at the desk when I checked out. Overall not a good stay."
