"Dont stay here! This place is in serious need of a maintenance employee! Stayed here solely for the jacuzzi and pool which they assured me were in working order. Jacuzzi looked like a swamp with fast food trash in it and the pool wasn't heated ( they told me it was) and had a pool chair and tons of debris. Plus dirty handprints and smudges on the bathroom door! Didn't offer a discount or anything. Much nicer hotels in the area for the same price or equal hotels for much cheaper."
"I work in an industrial setting, but I really want to sleep in a clean, nice place. With that being said, the service was great, the room was clean and up to date, and I was happy to be there. The location is fine, but the construction in the area made things inconvenient. I'm not trying to put marks against the hotel, but for the time being, folks should know that it's tough for a few minutes. Otherwise, I'll be back every time I'm back in Beaumont."
"Writing this review for husband, he stayed at this hotel for a work trip. One night stay, when he went to check out for his early morning flight. The receptionist could not get two words out, he was simply asking for a receipt but this lady was so drugged up she couldn't even understand."
"The staff here is wonderful. As a travel medical professional it was so nice to be in a place where the people are actually kind. I had no issues whatsoever. This is a good location next to 2 decent and fun restaurants to eat at or go to bar and within walking distance in same parking lot as hotel. It is also close to freeway entrance and other convenient places. The breakfast is superb. If I return to Beaumont for work I will make sure I stay at this hotel. It was my best stay on work travel that I have had all year."
