"My daughter and I really do love Bona Fide, but I have a little constructive criticism. I think I need to stop ordering because I consistently have to wait at least 15 minutes past the scheduled time to get my online order. Today, I placed my order online almost an hour before pick up, trying to ensure I would be on time for the next thing. I still waited 15 minutes past the time I was supposed to get my two smoothies. I know that the young ladies working are trying their best, but I do hope that there’s some way to make the process better so we can keep enjoying your food and smoothies."
"They have so many options of juice, shots, smoothies, smoothie bowls, bakery, and coffees! The pricing is reasonable considering they’re all gluten free and vegan and with today’s prices of ingredients they do a great job! Very impressed with the staff and cleanliness of their stores."
