"2024 UPDATE: There is still a water leak issue after the multiple times to attempt. There is now mold growth and damaged tiles within my room. The property company is terrible and this building is terrible. Once again DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! DO NOT MOVE HERE. I moved in during the month of November, not only was the property manager terrible but she did not reach out to me on the day I moved in! On top of this the apartment floor was extremely dirty when moved in and when it rains...the water comes through the foundation and into my bedroom floor. I have called for repairs and this is still an ongoing issue. I pay my rent on time and never once had a issue with others but management along with is company is terrible. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else to live because this aint it. I look forward to moving and contacting lawyers when this leak doesn't get fixed. Looking forward to the mold."
