"Filled with roaches, when inspection comes, they cover up what ever is wrong with apts. They charge alot because it includes a pool which is NEVER opened and they charge more because there is a tiny space of a gym with 3-4 machines available for more than 100 tenants that live here! (:"

I got into a car accident while leaving the parking lot recently and there was a dispute on the story with the tow company that hit my car. Christian was super helpful in providing me with not one, but two camera angles, from the night of the accident. It made me feel like the apartment complex was extra safe and vigilant. "Lived here for a year, the application process was super easy. Everything in the apartment was new when we came and the landlord Christian was super helpful and friendly! Neighbors are mostly quiet and sweet. The only thing is that parking can get crowded, but thats an issue anywhere in long beach."
