From the very beginning, Fabian, the leasing agent, was the epitome of professionalism and helpfulness. His communication was top-notch, promptly confirming viewing appointments and showing incredible flexibility when I needed to reschedule. The personal tour given by Fabian was thorough, informative, and surprisingly relaxing — there was never a moment of pressure to rush into a decision. He patiently showed me around six different units, each offering a glimpse into a future I could get excited about. The building itself stood out in stark contrast to the older, less appealing options I had encountered, offering amenities that exceeded my expectations, not to mention the much-needed parking space. Even when Fabian wasn’t available, Sarah stepped in without missing a beat, ensuring I had all the information needed to make an informed choice. When it came time to decide, the decision was clear. "On my visit to the Onni property, I was attended to by Garrett. He was extremely helpful, polite and patient in showing me numerous apartments and answering all my questions. After signing the rental contract, Garrett was exactly the same helpful and polite person as always. Onni has a qualified group of employees, who make the experience of living here unique and pleasurable. The feeling of living in a place that is cleaned daily; the pool/spa/sauna properly cared for; a gym with all new and complete equipment; numerous chairs to relax in the common area and the barbecue grills are cleaned daily. Everything here works very well, it's all new. I have lived here for 6 months, I have requested maintenance twice, they were helpful and quick. The apartment has excellent sound insulation, the balcony is spacious and if well located you can enjoy the beauty of the moon very close to your eyes. Being expensive or cheap is a perception of value and worth. I love myself more living here, I'm in love. Negative points: There are some homeless people and some drug addicts on the streets surrounding the property, often leaving dirt in the streets. But I never had any problems regarding safety, even walking daily (day and night) with my dog. Personally, I don't like the garage door opening system. Sometimes the TAG reader takes a while to open the gate, I prefer the usual remote control."
