"Have been living here a couple of months and I like it so far. There have been some issues with my unit upon moving in like AC not working (did not get fixed for a month), and toilet flooding. But the maintenance team are pretty reliable with getting everything fixed and working perfectly. Great location. Leasing manager Shonnie is really friendly and personable and has been super helpful with every thing"

Hands down my favorite apartment ever.. super quiet, excellent staff and management, clean, safe and just all around the perfect space. I’m a long ways from home but the maintenance and management team have definitely made me feel like family. Thank you so much for your kindness and commitment to excellence.."

"I love that the Bixby is in such a great location, right near Coop Market and like a block from Memorial Park where there are pickleball courts and a dog run for my pup! Not to mention it’s right on Broadway and so close to the beach, pier, and tons of restaurants and places to eat. I love how up-to-date and modern the apartments and the appliances look, and the balcony is so big even on the first floor! There are even Amazon lockers and trash/recycling chutes which are a plus. Shonnie at the leasing office has been so incredibly helpful and super easy to get in touch with and talk to about anything that comes up. Even when I had a small maintenance issue with my water filter in the fridge, it was fixed so quickly. Such a great apartment find!!"

"If I were you, I wouldn’t live here. My mistake was falling for the location because the apartment/building sucks and is always dirty. You can hear everything because the walls, ceiling and doors are cheap. I could hear everything that happened upstairs, the fridge broke during my first couple weeks there, and also my A/C stayed broken for the whole year because they couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it. Not to mention that you pay so much for no amenities and for the management office to take your deposit because the apartment is always breaking and they can’t maintain it. Definitely not worth what you pay for."
