Mosaic Student Housing at Monterey Bay

"Kim is the most unprofessional person I’ve ever had to deal with. She is mentally unstable and will lie through her teeth. I loved my unit, but left because of her. We were late on moving out (she never once told us we had to be out by noon and never scheduled a walk through) so she took upon herself to steal hundreds of dollars worth of valuables. Another issue I had is that she gave my parking spot to another tenant, despite it being in my lease. She never reassigned me another spot. Additionally, I was told I was “obligated” to do maintenance for Mosiac despite it never being discussed with me. I was the RA things were not communicated well, especially with the transfer of new ownership. She also gossips about all the tenants constantly, extremely unprofessional. A police report has also been filed."

"I love Mosaic Student Housing like everyone said the units are very refurbished and so nice. The sunsets are also so pretty from this place. Kim Crocker is really kind as well. She greeted me with open arms when I came and has helped me so much for the time i’ve been here. I don’t know what I would do without her help. It’s also a plus because she has the cutest puppy too. Mosaic is perfect for students and student athletes like myself, it feels super safe with locks on front gate cameras at every hall and secure locks on the doors. Kim is also really big on saftey and makes sure all her tenants are okay. She is very diligent of everything on property or near it and I love that it makes me feel so safe. On top of that everyone is really kind too, always holding doors open or saying hello. Im happy to call Mosaic my second home!"

"Living here is fun land lady is nice unlike what the other person says. The internet doesn’t cut off price is good for the place being furnished and we get utilities. Water hasn’t cut out since I’ve been here and the people here are nice"

"Kim the landlord is a horrible person. Very unprofessional, Rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. Living at Mosaic was by far the worst living experience I’ve ever been through. Not only was the rent extremely expensive for how poorly the building was constructed, we would have our hot water turned off for days at a time, Wi-Fi cut outs, and strangers walking around the premises leaving trash and everywhere. But also Kim would enter our apartment units without us in there and would go through our belongings. Kim still hasn’t given back my deposit and it’s been well over 6 months. DO NOT RENT. learn from my mistake."
