"I lived at Sea Breeze apartamentos from 2/18 through 4/20. The complex is managed by William Renteria who does an excellent job keeping the building and common areas clean and well kept. The court yard have landscaping, the laundry area is clean, well lit and very easy to use. When maintenance issues arise forms to address issues are easy to fill and if an issue happens they are solved by maintenance under William’s supervision in a timely manner. I moved to be closer to work, Butão highly recommended Marina area and Sea Breeze apartments."
"The Seabreeze Apartments are great. We really like living here. The apartments are nicely cared for, ours was completely redone when we moved in. Carpet, appliances, paint, fixtures. It is really nice. We looked around town for a while before we moved. Most of the other apartments in town were pretty old and tired. They are always redoing something. This week they painted our front door. Last week they trimmed the tree in our front yard. Needless to say their maintenance is excellent. It is usually very quiet, our neighbors are great. We are close to the beach and a great walking path. I am a runner so we have many trail options for my excursions near by. I have a covered parking place, and parking is never a problem. Management is firm but fair, no big parties, noise, etc. They seem to really care about the community. We are very pleased with our apartment, and we like Marina."
"Just recently moved out, but I lived there for almost 5 years. My experience living there was a positive one. I always felt safe and the apartment manager was one of the reasons why. He was always friendly and I knew that he was looking out for me. I knew I could count on him. The apartments are newly renovated and in a great location."
"Just looked at Sea Breeze, as well as other apartments. We decided to rent a 2BR, based on the appearance of the units, the cleanliness of the grounds, the convenience and location, but especially because of Mr. William Renteria, the on site manager. He welcomed us and we felt that all of our questions were answered fully and sincerely. He has contacted us many times over the past 4 days, giving us information about the status of our application. He is courteous and professional."
